General specifications:

Optical System	Range of achromatic and planachromatic objectives are parfocal and parcentered. The 40x and 100x objectives are spring loaded. Widefield 10x eyepieces are supplied.
Illumination	12V 30W in-base halogen illuminator. A substage illuminator with field iris diaphragm provides the added benefits of Köhler illumination.
Focusing	Focus mechanism has coaxial coarse and fine knobs.
Stage	Graduated mechanical stage with 75mm x 5mm travel. Overall stage dimensions are 185mm x 145mm.
