The H117
recently released stage series has a completely flat top
for easy access, and includes Intelligent Scanning Technology
(IST), (Also on the H101A and H107 models). In conjunction
with extensive testing, IST allows each stage to be pre-programmed
with a unique set of operating characteristics particular
to that stage to ensure optimum performance. IST allows
the ProScan™II controller to make any required adjustments
to maintain superior orthogonality and metric accuracy.

Options:
The H117 stages come with a range of Ball
Screw pitch options, choose a 1mm pitch balls screw for accuracy
and smoothness under high magnification and a 2mm pitch ball
screw for faster speeds. Also choose a 400 step motor and
1mm ball screw for increase accuracy and smoothness. Linear
or Rotary encoders can be fitted to all H117 stages.
